FINDING THE LORD KINGSALE:
The Lord Kingsale is situated in the very heart of Kinsale and has two entrances one in Main Street and the other in Market Quay, Main Street being the premier entrance. It is very easy to find.

As you arrive into Kinsale via the R600 continue straight ahead and the road becomes Pearse Street, continue along Pearse Street until you come to the end and turn left into Market Square, continue for 50 meters and take the second left onto Market Street, continue to the end and turn left into Main Street. Continue for 30 meters and The Lord Kingsale is on the left. It is impossible to miss.

HOW TO FIND KINSALE:
It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to Kinsale from Cork City centre. The distance is 29 kilometres/18 miles. Cork Airport is 21 kilometres/13 miles and Cork Ferry port at Ringaskiddy is 14 miles. Kinsale to Blarney is 24 miles, Killarney 54 miles and Cobh (via harbour ferry) 20 miles.

KINSALE BY PLANE:
Cork Airport is just 21 kilometres/13 miles from Kinsale. Other major airports in Ireland are Dublin Airport, Shannon Airport and Belfast Airport in Northern Ireland. Directions to Kinsale from Cork Airport: As you exit the airport you will arrive at the airport roundabout. Take the third exit, the R600 which is signposted to Kinsale. Travel through the villages of Riverstick and Belgooly until you reach Kinsale. The journey normally takes about 20 minutes.

KINSALE BY TRAIN:
There are connections to all major rail-linked towns and cities in the country from Cork's Kent Station. Eleven trains operate daily to Dublin with connections to Limerick and the West of Ireland. Several trains operate from Dublin to all major towns and cities in Northern Ireland.

KINSALE BY BUS: 
There are busses to Cork city centre the airport and Kinsale from most locations in Ireland. For timetables and further information please call Bus Eireann on Cork 021 450 8188. All services are subject to change at Christmas, Easter, St Patrick's Day and Bank Holiday Weekends.

KINSALE BY BOAT:
There are four major ferry ports in the Republic of Ireland with sailings to and from the UK and the continent. They are Dun Laoghaire, Dublin Port, Rosslare and the ferry port for Cork which is at Ringaskiddy, about 35 minutes drive from Kinsale.

KINSALE BY TAXI: 
Kinsale taxis are available to collect and return visitors to Cork airport, Cork railways station, Ringaskiddy Ferry port. One should request this service at least 24 hours in advance. There are also numerous cabs available from the centre of Cork and Cork Airport.
